The MC74HC273A/D is an 8-bit D Flip-Flop with Common Clock and Reset from ON Semiconductor.

The NCP1117 series are low dropout positive voltage regulators that are capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 1.0 A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 800 mA over temperature. This series contains nine fixed output voltages of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 1.9 V, 2.0 V, 2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.3 V, 5.0 V, and 12 V that have no minimum load requirement to maintain regulation. Also included is an adjustable output version that can be programmed from 1.25 V to 18.8 V with two external resistors. On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1.0% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The NCP1117 series can operate with up to 20 V input. Devices are available in SOT−223 and DPAK packages.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the MBRM130L Surface Mount Schottky Power Rectifier POWERMITE® Power Surface Mount Package. It utilizes the Schottky Barrier principle and has an optimized forward voltage drop and reverse current tradeoff. The advanced packaging techniques make it a highly efficient micro miniature, space-saving surface mount Rectifier. With its unique heatsink design, the Powermite® has the same thermal performance as the SMA while being 50% smaller in footprint area, and delivering one of the lowest height profiles, < 1.1 mm in the industry. MC1403 is a precision band-gap voltage reference designed for critical instrumentation and D/A converter applications. This unit is designed to work with D/A converters, up to 12 bits in accuracy, or as a reference for power supply applications. The output voltage is 2.5V with a range of ±25mV, input voltage range is 4.5V to 40V, quiescent current is 1.2mA typical, output current is 10mA, and temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical. The MC14017B is a five-stage Johnson decade counter with built-in code converter. High speed operation and spike-free outputs are obtained by use of a Johnson decade counter design. The ten decoded outputs are normally low, and go high only at their appropriate decimal time period. The output changes occur on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. This part can be used in frequency division applications as well as decade counter or decimal decode display applications.
