MAXIM MAX9075/MAX9077 Manual
This datasheet introduces the MAX9075/MAX9077 single/dual comparators, which are optimized for 3V and 5V single-supply applications. These comparators have a 580ns propagation delay and consume just 3µA per comparator. The combination of low-power, single-supply operation down to 2.1V, and ultra-small footprint makes these devices ideal for all portable applications.
MAXIM MAX9140/MAX9141/MAX9142/MAX9144 Manual
The MAX9140/MAX9141/MAX9142/MAX9144 are high-speed comparators with high speed, low power, and rail-to-rail inputs. Propagation delay is 40ns, while supply current is only 150µA per comparator. The MAX9140/MAX9141/MAX9142/MAX9144's input common-mode range extends beyond both power-supply rails. The outputs pull to within 0.3V of either supply rail without external pullup circuitry, making these devices ideal for interface with both CMOS and TTL logic. All input and output pins can tolerate a continuous short-circuit fault condition to either rail. Internal hysteresis ensures clean output switching, even with slow-moving input signals. The MAX9140/MAX9141/MAX9142/MAX9144 are higher-speed, lower-power, and lower-cost upgrades to industry-standard comparators MAX941/MAX942/MAX944. The MAX9140 are offered in tiny 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages. The MAX9141 and MAX9142 are available in 8-pin SOT23 and SO packages, while the MAX9144 is available in both 14-pin SO and TSSOP packages.
MAXIM AX9060 MAX9064 Manual
MAX9060 series products are a kind of miniature single comparators produced by Texas Instruments. They are very suitable for a wide range of portable electronic applications such as cell phones, media players and notebooks which have extremely tight board space and power constraints. The series products provide ultra-miniature 4-bump UCSP package with a 1mm x 1mm footprint (as small as two 0402 resistors); and also provide 5-pin SOT23 package. The series products feature an input voltage range of -0.3V to +5.5V independent of supply voltage. These devices maintain high impedance at the inputs even when powered down (VCC or VREF = 0V). They also feature internal filtering to provide high RF immunity. MAX9060 and MAX9061 have open-drain outputs and draw quiescent supply current from a user-supplied reference voltage, VREF, between 0.9V and 5.5V. These devices consume only 100nA (max) supply current and operate over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range. MAX9062, MAX9063 and MAX9064 are single com- parators with an internal 0.2V reference. These devices feature either a push-pull or an open-drain output. They consume only 700nA (max) supply current. The MAX9062, MAX9063, and MAX9064 operate down to VCC = 1V over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
MAXIM MAX9025 MAX9028 Manual
The MAX9025-MAX9028 ultra-low-power comparators are integrated circuits in a space-saving chip-scale (UCSP) package with Beyond-the-Rails inputs that are guaranteed to operate down to +1.8V. The MAX9025/MAX9026 feature an on-board 1.236V ±1% reference and draw an ultra-low supply current of only 1µA, while the MAX9027/MAX9028 (without reference) require just 0.6µA of supply current. These features make the MAX9025-MAX9028 family of comparators ideal for all 2-cell battery-monitoring/management applications. The unique design of the output stage limits supply-current surges while switching, virtually eliminating the supply glitches typical of many other comparators. This design also minimizes overall power consumption under dynamic conditions. The MAX9025/MAX9027 have a push-pull output stage that sinks and sources current. Large internal-output drivers allow rail-to-rail output swing with loads up to 5mA. The MAX9026/MAX9028 have an open-drain output stage that makes them suitable for mixed-voltage system design. All devices are available in the miniature 6-bump UCSP packages. For similar comparators in 5-pin SC70 packages, refer to the MAX9117 data sheet, and for similar dual comparators in 8-pin SOT23 packages, refer to the MAX9017 data sheet. Applications include 2-cell battery monitoring/management, ultra-low-power systems, mobile communications, notebooks and PDAs, sensing at ground or supply line, telemetry and remote systems, and medical instruments.
MAXIM MAX9021/MAX9022/MAX9024 Manual

MAXIM MAX985/MAX986/MAX989/MAX990/MAX993/MAX994 Manual
The MAX985/MAX986/MAX989/MAX990/MAX993/MAX994 single/dual/quad micropower comparators feature low-voltage operation and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. Their operating voltages range from 2.5V to 5.5V, making them ideal for both 3V and 5V systems. These comparators also operate with ±1.25V to ±2.75V dual supplies. They consume only 11µA of supply cur- rent while achieving a 300ns propagation delay. Input bias current is typically 1.0pA, and input offset voltage is typically 0.5mV. Internal hysteresis ensures clean output switching, even with slow-moving input signals. The output stage’s unique design limits supply-current surges while switching, virtually eliminating the supply glitches typical of many other comparators. The MAX985/MAX989/MAX993 have a push-pull output stage that sinks as well as sources current. Large inter- nal output drivers allow rail-to-rail output swing with loads up to 8mA. The MAX986/MAX990/MAX994 have an open-drain output stage that can be pulled beyond VCC to 6V (max) above VEE. These open-drain versions are ideal for level translators and bipolar to single- ended converters. The single MAX985 is available in a chip-scale pack- age (UCSP™), significantly reducing the required PC board area. The single MAX985/MAX986 are available in 5-pin SC70 packages and the dual MAX989/MAX990 are available in 8-pin SOT23 packages.

MAXIM MAX4238/MAX4239 Manual
MAX4238/MAX4239 are low-noise, low-drift, ultra- high precision amplifiers that offer near-zero DC offset and drift through the use of patented autocorrelating zeroing techniques.
