AD5165 is a compact 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm packaged solution for 256-position adjustment applications. It consumes only 50 nA of standby power, has a 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply voltage, a 100 kΩ resistance range, a 35 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, a simple 3-wire digital interface, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The AD5165 is suitable for applications such as battery-operated electronic adjustment, remote utility meter adjustment, mechanical potentiometer replacement, transducer circuit adjustment, automotive electronic adjustment, gain control and offset adjustment, system calibration, and VCXO adjustment.

AD5251/AD5252 is a digital potentiometer produced by Analog Devices. It has 64-bit/256-bit resolution and can be selected in four resistance ranges of 1kΩ, 10kΩ, 50kΩ and 100kΩ.
