This document describes the features and characteristics of the ADAV801 Rev. A audio codec. The codec supports 48 kHz/96 kHz sample rates and has a dynamic range of 102 dB. It includes a stereo analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a stereo digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that support sample rates of 32 kHz/44.1 kHz/48 kHz/96 kHz/192 kHz and have a dynamic range of 101 dB. Additionally, it includes a stereo sample rate converter (SRC), digital interfaces, S/PDIF input and output, digital interface receiver and transmitter, as well as device control via an SPI-compatible serial port.
The ADAU1328 is a high performance single-chip codec that provides two analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with differential input and eight digital-to-analog converters (DACs), supporting 24 bits and 8 kHz to 192 kHz sample rates.
The AD1939 is a high performance, single-chip codec that provides four analog-to-digital converters and eight digital-to-analog converters, and can be used with a PLL or direct master clock.
