What safety precautions should I follow when installing the fountain?
Never enter the water with the electrical equipment plugged in. Never run the unit out of the water. Never lift or drag the fountain by the power or light cord.

What should I do if the fountain does not operate or starts then stops?
Check if the unit is plugged into a GFCI-protected outlet. If the GFCI trips, reset it. If it continues to trip, there may be a problem with the pump cord or lights. Contact Aquatic Technologies Technical Support.
