What if I forget my password?
All client passwords in eSTAR are encrypted, so no one has access to your password. If you are the Super User and you forget your password, call the Silliker lab that services your account and ask for the eSTAR Administrator. He or she will reset your password back to the default password, which is your User ID.
What if one of the Users that I set up forgets their password?
Any eSTAR User can call your Silliker lab and ask for the eSTAR Administrator to reset their password.
