Weilgede CN213063511U Bridge Plug Setting Tool Utility Model Patent Document

The document discloses a utility model patent for a bridge plug setting tool and its setting method. The tool is composed of three sequentially connected sections: a power connection section, a dynamic balance section, and a propulsion section.

The core innovation involves the dynamic balance section, which includes a pressure providing structure and a movable balancing piston forming outer and inner pressure chambers. The propulsion section contains a hydraulic cylinder piston and a piston pull rod. By controlling the oil circuit via a directional control valve, the tool can switch between applying setting tension or thrust. This design addresses technical problems in existing pyrotechnic tools (low safety/success rate) and standard hydraulic tools (excessive length). This manual is written in Chinese.
