MAXIM MAX4561/MAX4568/MAX4569 datasheet

The MAX4561/MAX4568/MAX4569 are low-voltage, ESD-protected analog switches. The normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) inputs are protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) without latchup or damage, and the COM input is protected against 2.5kV ESD. These switches operate from a single +1.8V to +12V supply. The 70Ω at 5V (120Ω at 3V) on-resistance is matched between channels to 2Ω max, and is flat (4Ω max) over the specified signal range. The switches can handle Rail-to-Rail® analog signals. Off-leakage current is only 0.5nA at +25°C and 5nA at +85°C. The digital input has +0.8V to +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply. The MAX4561 is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch. The MAX4568 NO and MAX4569 NC are single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The MAX4561 is available in a 6-pin SOT23 package, and the MAX4568/MAX4569 are available in 5-pin SOT23 packages.

MAXIM MAX4575/MAX4576/MAX4577 Manual

MAX4575/MAX4576/MAX4577 are low-voltage, high electrostatic discharge (ESD)-protected, dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches. The normally closed (NO) and normally open (NC) pins are protected against ±15kV ESD without latchup or damage. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail® analog signals. Off-leakage current is 0.5nA at +25°C. These analog switches are suitable for low-distortion audio applications and are the preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment or applications where current switching is required. They have low power requirements (0.5µW), require less board space, and are more reliable than mechanical relays. Each device is controlled by TTL/CMOS input voltage levels and is bilateral. These switches feature guaranteed operation from a single supply of +2V to +12V, making them ideal for use in battery-powered applications. On-resistance is 70Ω (max), matched between switches to 0.5Ω (typ) and flat (2Ω typ) over the specified signal range. The MAX4575 has two NO switches, the MAX4576 has two NC switches, and the MAX4577 has one NO and one NC switch. These devices are available in 8-pin µMAX and SO packages.

MAXIM MAX4655 MAX4658 Manual

Maxim’s MAX4655–MAX4658 are medium-voltage CMOS analog switches with low on-resistance of 10Ω max, specifically designed to handle large switch cur- rents. With a switch capability of up to 400mA peak cur- rent and 300mA continuous current (MAX4655/ MAX4656), and up to 300mA peak current and 150mA continuous current (MAX4657/MAX4658), these parts can switch loads as low as 25Ω. They can replace reed relays with a million times the speed and virtually unlim- ited number of lifetime cycles. Normal power consump- tion is only 3mW, whether the switch is on or off. These parts are TTL/CMOS compatible and will switch any voltage within its power-supply range. These are SPST (single-pole/single-throw) switches. The MAX4655/MAX4657 are normally closed (NC), while the MAX4656/MAX4658 are normally open (NO). The difference between the MAX4655/MAX4656 and the MAX4657/MAX4658 is in the power dissipation of their packages. Refer to the Absolute Maximum Ratings and the Electrical Characteristics. The MAX4655–MAX4658 power-supply range is from ±4.5V to ±20V for dual-supply operation and +9V to +40V for single-supply operation. These switches can operate from any combination of supplies, within a 40V V+ to V- range. They conduct equally well in either direc- tion and can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The off- leakage current is only 1nA max at TA = +25°C. They are available in 8-pin µMAX®, TDFN, and SO packages, with exposed paddle options for high-power application

MAXIM MAX4533 Manual

The MAX4533 is a quad, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT), fault-protected analog switch that is pin-compatible with the industry-standard MAX333 and MAX333A. It features fault-protected inputs and Rail-to-Rail® signal handling. The normally open (NO_ ) and normally closed (NC_ ) terminals are protected from overvoltage faults up to ±25V with power on and up to ±40V with power off. During a fault condition, NO_ and NC_ become high impedance with only nanoamperes of leakage current flowing to the source. In addition, the output (COM_) clamps to the appropriate polarity supply rail and provides up to ±10mA of load current. This ensures unambiguous rail-to-rail outputs when a fault occurs. The MAX4533 operates from dual ±4.5V to ±18V power supplies or a single +9V to +36V supply. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring both TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when using ±15V supplies or a +12V supply. On-resistance is 175Ω max and is matched between switches to 10Ω max. The off- leakage current is only 0.5nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. Applications include redundant/backup systems, portable instruments, test equipment, data-acquisition, communications systems, industrial and process control, and avionics systems.
