MAXIM MAX5417/5418/5419 Manual
MAX5417/MAX5418/MAX5419 are non-volatile, linear digital potentiometers that function like mechanical potentiometers but can be controlled by a simple 2-wire digital interface, allowing multiple devices to communicate. Each device has the functionality of a discrete potentiometer or variable resistor with 256 tap points.

MAXIM DS1870 Manual
DS1870 is a dual-channel bias controller for AB class LDMOS RF power amplifier applications. It controls the 256 positions of the potentiometer through look-up table (LUT) based on the amplifier temperature, drain voltage or drain current (or other external monitoring signals). DS1870 has internal temperature sensor and multi-channel A/D converters (ADCs) to provide a cost-effective solution, using nonlinear compensation techniques to improve power amplifier efficiency, which traditional bias solutions cannot provide.
