The manual provides installation, operation, calibration, maintenance and safety instructions for the Bühler BA 4000 Inj. portable oxygen analyzer.
About this manual
The BA 4000 Inj. is a portable oxygen analyser designed for measuring low‑level oxygen in small‑volume gas samples, such as food packaging and insulated glass. Two variants (GV and KV) cover different sample volumes and use either an internal pump or an external vacuum pump.
This document explains how to install the analyser, connect electronics and gas lines, perform safe operation, calibrate with zero and span gases, and maintain the device, including battery handling and disposal procedures. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions
How often should the BA 4000 Inj. be calibrated?
Calibration is required after each warm‑up, after large pressure changes, after indoor temperature changes greater than 5 °C, and roughly once a month during normal operation.
What measurement principle does the BA 4000 Inj. use?
It uses a paramagnetic dumbbell‑ball sensor that detects the magnetic properties of oxygen in the measurement cell.
