intersil HI-201HS Manual

The HI-201HS is a high-speed analog switch from Intersil. It is manufactured using CMOS technology and has four independently selectable switch channels. It is pin-compatible with the industry standard HI-201 switch. It has a maximum switching time of 50ns, a low ON resistance of 50 ohms, and a wide analog signal range of ±15V. It is suitable for applications that require improved switching performance, especially switching speed, such as high-speed multiplexing, high-frequency analog switching, and sample-and-hold circuits.
