STA515W is a monolithic quad half-bridge stage in Multipower BCD Technology. Its main features include: Multipower BCD technology, low input/output pulse width distortion, 200 mΩ RdsON complementary DMOS output stage, CMOS-compatible logic inputs, thermal protection, thermal warning output, undervoltage protection and short-circuit protection

STA510A is a monolithic quad half bridge stage in Multipower BCD Technology. The device can be used as dual bridge or reconfigured, by connecting pin CONFIG to VDD, as a single bridge with double current capability, or as half bridges (Binary mode) with half current capability. The device is intended for the output stage of a stereo all-digital high-efficiency (DDX®) amplifier which employs a pulse-width modulator driver.

The TS4984 is a 1W per channel audio power amplifier with a BTL configuration, capable of delivering 1W per channel of continuous RMS output power into an 8Ω load @ 5V. It features an externally controlled standby mode control that reduces the supply current to less than 10nA per channel, a high SNR of 100dB(A) typ. and near-zero pop & click.

The TS472 is a differential input microphone preamplifier optimized for high-performance PDA and notebook audio systems. This device features an adjustable gain from 0 to 40 dB with excellent power-supply and common-mode rejection ratios. In addition, the TS472 has a very low noise microphone bias generator of 2 V. It also includes a complete shutdown function, with active low standby mode.

The TS4962 is a differential class-D BTL power amplifier. It can drive up to 2.2 W into a 4 Ω load and 1.4 W into an 8 Ω load at 5 V. It achieves outstanding efficiency (88% typ.) compared to standard AB-class audio amps.

STA518 is a monolithic quad half bridge stage in Multipower BCD Technology. The device can be used also as dual bridge or reconfigured, by connecting CONFIG pin to Vdd pin, as single bridge with double current capability. The device is particularly designed to make the output stage of a stereo All-Digital High Efficiency (DDX™) amplifier capable to deliver an output power of 24W x 4 channels @ THD = 10% at Vcc 30V on 4W load in single ended configuration. It can also deliver 50 + 50W @ THD = 10% at Vcc 29V as output power on 8W load in BTL configuration and 70W @ THD = 10% at Vcc 34V on 8W in single paralleled BTL configuration. The input pins have threshold proportional to VL pin voltage.
