The 74VCX1632245 is a dual supply low voltage CMOS 16-BIT BUS TRANSCEIVER fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and five-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. Designed for use as an interface between a 3.3V bus and a 2.5V or 1.8V bus in a mixed 3.3V/1.8V,3.3V/2.5V and 2.5V/ 1.8V supply systems, it achieves high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This IC is intended for two-way asynchronous communication between data buses and the direction of data transmission is determined by nDIR inputs. The enable inputs nG can be used to disable the device so that the buses are in high impedance state.

The ST L6732C is an adjustable step-down controller from ST with synchronous rectification function. HCF40103B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology. It consists of an 8-stage synchronous down counter with a single output that is active when the internal count is zero. This device contains a single 8-bit binary counter. It has control inputs for enabling or disabling the clock, for clearing the counter to its maximum count, and for presetting the counter either synchronously or asynchronously. All control inputs and the CARRY-OUT/ZERO DETECT output are active-low logics. In normal operation, the counter is decremented by one count on each positive transition of the CLOCK. Counting is inhibited when the CARRY-IN/COUNTER ENABLE (CI/ CE) input is high. The CARRY-OUT/ZERO DETECT (CO/ZD) output goes low when the count reaches zero if the CI/CE input is low, and remains low for one full clock period. When the SYNCHRONOUS PRESET ENABLE (SPE) input is low, data at the JAM input is clocked into the counter on the next positive clock transition regardless of the state of the CI/CE input.

The STG3157 is a low voltage low on-resistance SPDT switch with high speed and low power dissipation. It operates from 1.65V to 5.5V, making it ideal for portable applications.

This is the datasheet of FUJITSU MB90098A on-screen display controller

The MB90099 is an on-screen display controller for displaying text and graphics on the TV screen. The three-channel output control function, compact package, and low voltage operation make this device suitable for on-screen displays in portable devices including camera-integrated VTRs and digital still cameras. The MB90099 controls a display area of 28 characters by 12 lines and provides 1,024 different characters, each composed of 12 × 18 dots. All 1,024 characters in the font ROM can be set by the user. The display functions include a wealth of characters with qualifying functions such as character background shading (shadow casting) and individual character size setting, with 16-color display selection for each character. Also included are the line background, screen background, and sprite character functions, providing a wide variety of screen display capabilities.

ST890 1.2 A current limited high side power switch with thermal shutdown

This product is a 16-bit proprietary microcontroller produced by Fujitsu, which is particularly suitable for system control of video cameras, VCRs and copiers

The document provides information on a product named M74HC4851, highlighting its features and characteristics. The product is a single 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer manufactured using silicon gate C2MOS technology. It incorporates injection current effect control, making it particularly suitable for automotive applications where voltages exceeding normal logic voltages are common. The injection current effect control allows signals at disabled input channels to exceed the supply voltage range or go down to ground without affecting the signal of the enabled analog channel. This eliminates the need for external diode-resistor networks typically used to maintain the analog channel signals.

The MB90097 is the on-screen display controller for displaying text and graphics on the TV screen. Since it has a three-channel output control function, small package, and low voltage requirement for operation, it is suitable for on-screen display on video equipment such as camera-integrated VTRs.
