The SP1481E is a half-duplex transceiver that meets the specifications of RS-485 and RS-422 serial protocols with enhanced ESD performance. The ESD tolerance has been improved on this device to over +15KV for both Human Body Model and IEC1000-4-2 Air Discharge Method. This device is pin-to-pin compatible with Sipex's SP485 and SP481 devices as well as popular industry standards. As with the original version, the SP1481E features Sipex's BiCMOS design allowing low power operation without sacrificing performance. The SP1481E meets the requirements of the RS-485 and RS-422 protocols up to 20Mbps under load.

SP574B/674B/1674B/774B is a 12-bit sampling A/D converter with features such as full Nyquist sampling, multiple sampling rate options, low power dissipation, and a wide temperature range. It is the next-generation replacement for the SPx74B series.

The SPX1129 is a low power voltage regulator from Sipex. It features very low quiescent current and very low dropout voltage, making it suitable for battery-powered applications such as cordless telephones, radio control systems, and portable computers. The SPX1129 is available in SOT-223, TO-220, TO-252 and TO-263 3-lead packages.

The SP6200 and SP6201 are CMOS LDOs designed to meet a broad range of applications that require accuracy, speed and ease of use. These LDOs offer extremely low quiescent current which only increases slightly under load, thus providing advantages in ground current performance over bipolar LDOs. The LDOs handle an extremely wide load range and guarantee stability with a 1µF ceramic output capacitor. They have excellent low frequency PSRR, not found in other CMOS LDOs and thus offer exceptional Line Regulation. High frequency PSRR is better than 40dB up to 400kHz. The SP4415 is a DC-AC converter from Sipex Corporation. It can convert input voltage as low as 2.2V to any of four AC voltage levels which can be set via external switch. It features high impedance clock input and signal conditioner, and requires only one external inductor.

The SPX385-2.5 is a micropower voltage reference from Sipex Corporation. It has a very wide operating current range from 20µA to 20mA and provides a stable voltage. It is produced using low temperature coefficient thin film resistor process and laser trimming of the output voltage at the wafer level. It is available in SOT-23, TO-92, SOIC-8 and SOT-89 packages with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. A 1.2 and 5 volt version is also available, SPX385-1.2 and SPX385-5.

The SP6203/6205 are ultra low noise CMOS LDOs with very low dropout and ground current. The noise performance is achieved by means of an external bypass capacitor without sacrificing turn-on and turn-off speed critical to portable applications. Extremely stable and easy to use, these devices offer excellent PSRR and Line/Load regulation. Target applications include battery-powered equipment such as portable and wireless products. Regulators' ground current increases with increasing output current.
