The AP431/AP431A are 3-terminal adjustable precision shunt regulators with guaranteed temperature stability and an extended commercial temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any level greater than 2.495V (VREF) up to 36V merely by selecting two external resistors that act as a voltage divider network. These devices have a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. Active output circuitry provides very sharp turn-on characteristics, making these devices excellent improved replacements for Zener diodes in many applications. The precise (+/-) 1% Reference voltage tolerance of the AP431/431A make it possible in many applications to avoid the use of a variable resistor, consequently saving cost and eliminating drift and reliability problems associated with variable resistors.

AP1604 is a switching power supply chip from Anachip Corp. It adopts a 600KHz switching frequency, an input voltage range of 2.2V~5.5V, and an output voltage range that can be set by external resistors. The maximum output current can reach 800mA. AP1604 has high efficiency, low standby current, overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection.

AP1186 is a 1.5A ultra low dropout positive adjustable or fixed-mode regulator with features such as adjustable or fixed output voltage, maximum 0.5V dropout voltage, built-in thermal shutdown, and output current limiting.

The AP2007 is a low-cost, full featured, synchronous voltage-mode controller designed for use in single ended power supply applications where efficiency is of primary concern. Synchronous operation allows for the elimination of heat sinks in many applications. The AP2007 is ideal for implementing DC/DC converters needed to power advanced microprocessors in low cost systems or in distributed power applications where efficiency is important. High-side drive circuitry, and preset shoot-thru control, allows the use of inexpensive 1P+1N-channel power switches.

AP1184 is a 4A low dropout voltage regulator with extremely low dropout voltage. It is designed to provide well regulated supply for applications requiring 2.8V or lower voltages from 3.3V ATX power supplies.

The AP1115 is a low dropout positive adjustable or fixed-mode regulator with a minimum output current capability of 0.6A. It is specifically designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply. The AP1115 is also well suited for other applications such as VGA cards. It guarantees a dropout of less than 1.3V at full load current, making it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs from 1.25V to 5V with an input supply voltage of up to 18V.

AH280 is an integrated Hall sensor that has two complementary outputs for driving motor coils, auto-locked shutdown and auto-restart functions. Functional block diagram includes a temperature-compensated bandgap regulator, an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a comparator, a Schmitt trigger and two current output drivers. The regulator can provide wide operational voltage range. The Hall voltage generator is to amplify the Hall voltage due to Hall effect. A Schmitt trigger is to provide switching Hysteresis for noise rejection. To avoid coil burning, rotor-lock detection circuit will shutdown the output driver if detect rotor-lock, and automatically restart.

AH175 is a single digital output Hall effect switch produced by Anachip. It has a working voltage range of 3.5V to 20V and a working temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The chip has an open-drain output driver, chip power reverse-connection protection, etc. It can be used for rotor position sensing, current switch, RPM detection and other applications.

ATS137 is a switched Hall-Effect IC produced by Anachip. It has temperature compensation, wide operating voltage range, open-collector pre-drive, maximum sinking output current of 25mA, reverse polarity protection and other features. The chip is suitable for VCD/DVD loaders, CD/DVD ROMs, cover detectors, speed measurement, home appliances, and home safety applications.

The AP1301/2/4/5 is a single-phase full wave driver for fan motors, suitable for small fans such as CPU cooling fans. It features low switching noise and effective motor drive. All functions, including lock shutdown, automatic restart, rotation detection, and speed indication, are incorporated into one chip. This product is suitable for CPU cooling fans.

AH286 is a monolithic fan motor controller with Hall sensor’s capability. It contains two complementary open-drain transistors for motor’s coil driving, automatic lock current shutdown, and recovery protections.

The AP34063 is a DC/DC converter from Anachip Corp. It features an operating voltage range of 3.0V to 40V, adjustable output voltage, output current up to 1.6A, and a frequency of up to 100 kHz.

The AH287 is a high voltage Hall-effect smart fan motor controller with features such as on-chip Hall sensor, rotor-locked shutdown, automatic restart, and built-in Zener protection for the output driver.

The AP1301/2/4/5 is a single phase full wave drive design, which is suited for small fans (such as CPU cooling fans). The low switching noise and effective motor drive are another advantage.
