This product is a dual P-channel 60V enhancement mode MOSFET, which has the characteristics of low on-resistance, fast switching speed, low threshold, low gate drive and low profile SOIC package. It is suitable for DC-DC converters, power management functions, disconnect switches and motor control applications.

The ZXBM200x is a series of 2-phase, DC brushless motor pre-drivers with PWM variable speed control suitable for fan and blower motors.

ZSR series three terminal fixed positive voltage regulators feature internal circuit current limit and thermal shutdown making the devices difficult to destroy. The circuit design allows creation of any custom voltage in the range 2.85 to 12 volts. The devices are available in a small outline surface mount package, ideal for applications where space saving is important, as well as through hole TO92 style packaging. The devices are suited to local voltage regulation applications, where problems could be encountered with distributed single source regulation, as well as more general voltage regulation applications. The ZSR Series show performance characteristics superior to other local voltage regulators. The initial output voltage is maintained to within 2.5% with a quiescent current of typically 350µA. Output voltage change, with input voltage and load current, is much lower than competitive devices. The ZSR devices are completely stable with no external components.

This product is a high side current sense monitor that can convert the high side voltage generated across a current shunt resistor into a proportional output current. A user-defined output resistor scales the output current into a ground-referenced voltage. The wide input voltage range of 2.5V to as low as 2.5V makes it suitable for a range of applications. A minimum operating current of just 4µA, combined with its SOT23 package, makes it a unique solution, suitable for portable battery equipment.

The ZXCL200 is a very small 2 volt regulator designed for use in low power and severely space limited applications. Supply current is minimised with a ground pin current of only 40µA at full 100mA load. Logic control allows the device to be shut down, consuming typically less than 10nA. These features make it ideal for battery powered applications where power economy is critical. The part has been designed with space sensitive systems in mind. It is available in the ultra small SC70 package, which is half the size of other SOT23 based regulator devices.

Packaged in the SOT223 outline this new low saturation 100V NPN transistor offers extremely low on state losses making it ideal for use in DC-DC circuits and various driving and power management functions.

The ZXCL series are very small low dropout regulators designed for use in low power and severely space limited applications. The devices operate with a low dropout voltage, typically of only 85mV at 50mA load. Supply current is minimised with a ground pin current of only 50µA at full 150mA load. Logic control allows the devices to be shut down, consuming typically less than 10nA. These features make the device ideal for battery powered applications where power economy is critical.

ZXT2M322 is a 20V PNP low saturation switching transistor packaged in a 2mm x 2mm MLP, with extremely low switch losses ideal for use in DC-DC circuits and various driving and power management functions.

The ZXTN2010Z is a 60V NPN low saturation medium power transistor from SEMICONDUCTORS that offers extremely low on state losses, making it ideal for use in DC-DC circuits and various driving and power management functions. Its features include extremely low equivalent on-resistance, 5A continuous current, up to 20A peak current, very low saturation voltages, and excellent hFE characteristics up to 10A. This transistor is suitable for use in emergency lighting circuits, motor driving (including DC fans), solenoid, relay and actuator drivers, DC-DC modules, backlight inverters, power switches and MOSFET gate drivers.

ZXTDA1M832 is a bipolar transistor produced by Toshiba. It features low saturation voltage, low equivalent on resistance, high collector current, etc. It is suitable for various driving and power management functions.

The ZXCT1010 is a high side current sense monitor. It is an enhanced version of the ZXCT1009 offering reduced typical output offset and improved accuracy at low sense voltage. It has a wide input voltage range of 20V down to as low as 2.5V and a minimum operating current of just 4µA.
