  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LMH6733 Manual

The LMH6733 is a triple, wideband, operational amplifier designed specifically for use where high speed and low power are required. Input voltage range and output voltage swing are optimized for operation on supplies as low as 3V and up to ±6V. Benefiting from National’s current feedback architecture, the LMH6733 offers a gain range of ±1 to ±10 while providing stable operation without external compensation, even at unity gain. These amplifiers provide 650 MHz small signal bandwidth at a gain of 2 V/V , a low 2.1 nV/ input referred noise and only consume 5.5 mA (per amplifier) from a single 5V supply.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR -LM1575/LM2575/LM2575HV SIMPLE SWITCHER 1A Step-Down Voltage Regulator handbook

The LM2575/LM2575/LM2575HV SIMPLE SWITCHER® 1A Step-Down Voltage Regulator is a high-efficiency, monolithic integrated circuit that provides all the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator. It is available in fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and an adjustable output version, and can drive a 1A load with excellent line and load regulation.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LM2771 Manual

The LM2771 is a switched capacitor step-down regulator that produces a 1.5V output without the use of an inductor. It is capable of supplying loads up to 250mA. The LM2771 operates with an input voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, and requires only 3 low-cost ceramic capacitors. The LM2771 uses a regulated 0.5x charge pump to give power conversion efficiencies nearly twice as high as an LDO. Pre-regulated 1.1MHz fixed-frequency switching results in very low ripple and noise on both the input and the output. When output currents are low (<30mA typ.), the part automatically switches to a low-ripple PFM regulation mode to maintain high efficiency over the entire load range. At input voltages below 3.5V (Typ), the charge pump goes into pass mode, with efficiencies similar to an LDO. The LM2771 is available in National’s 10-pad Leadless Leadframe No-Pullback Package (LLP-10).

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LP2989 Manual

The LP2989 is a fixed-output 500 mA precision LDO regulator designed for use with ceramic output capacitors. Output noise can be reduced to 18µV (typical) by connecting an external 10 nF capacitor to the bypass pin. Using an optimized VIP™ (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2989 delivers superior performance.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LP2982 Manual

The LP2982 is a 50 mA, fixed-output voltage regulator designed to provide ultra low dropout and lower noise in battery powered applications. It delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR ADC12D040 Manual

The ADC12D040 is a dual, low power monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter capable of converting analog in- put signals into 12-bit digital words at 40 Megasamples per second (MSPS), minimum. This converter uses a differential, pipeline architecture with digital error correction and an on- chip sample-and-hold circuit to minimize die size and power consumption while providing excellent dynamic perfor- mance. Operating on a single 5V power supply, the ADC12D040 achieves 10.9 effective bits at 10 MHz input and consumes just 600 mW at 40 MSPS, including the reference current. The Power Down feature reduces power consumption to 75 mW. The differential inputs provide a full scale differential input swing equal to 2VREF with the possibility of a single-ended input. Full use of the differential input is recommended for optimum performance. The digital outputs for the two ADCs are available on separate 12-bit buses with an output data format choice of offset binary or 2’s complement. For ease of interface, the digital output driver power pins of the ADC12D040 can be connected to a separate supply voltage in the range of 2.4V to the digital supply voltage, making the outputs compatible with low voltage systems. The ADC12D040’s speed, resolution and single supply op- eration make it well suited for a variety of applications. This device is available in the 64-lead TQFP package.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LM1949 Manual

The LM1949 is a low-voltage driver integrated circuit produced by National Semiconductor. The integrated circuit contains a high-voltage driver that can directly drive high-voltage solenoids, such as automobile injector solenoids. The integrated circuit has a working voltage range of 3V-5.5V and a working temperature range of -55˚C to 125˚C. The LM1949 integrated circuit has the characteristic of high output current, which can reach 22mA, which can meet the requirements of automobile injector solenoid current.

  • NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LM5070 Manual

The LM5070 power interface port and PWM controller provides a complete integrated solution for Powered Devices (PD) that connect into Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems. The LM5070 integrates an 80V, 400mA line connection switch and associated control for a fully IEEE 802.3af compliant interface with a full featured current mode pulse width modulator dc-dc converter.
