The HIP6601B, HIP6603B and HIP6604B are high-frequency, dual MOSFET drivers specifically designed to drive two power N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. These drivers combined with a HIP63xx or the ISL65xx series of Multi-Phase Buck PWM controllers and MOSFETs form a complete core-voltage regulator solution for advanced microprocessors. The HIP6601B drives the lower gate in a synchronous rectifier to 12V, while the upper gate can be independently driven over a range from 5V to 12V. The HIP6603B drives both upper and lower gates over a range of 5V to 12V. This drive-voltage flexibility provides the advantage of optimizing applications involving trade-offs between switching losses and conduction losses. The HIP6604B can be configured as either a HIP6601B or a HIP6603B. The output drivers in the HIP6601B, HIP6603B and HIP6604B have the capacity to efficiently switch power MOSFETs at frequencies up to 2MHz. Each driver is capable of driving a 3000pF load with a 30ns propagation delay and 50ns transition time. These drivers have extremely low EMI and have been qualified to AEC-Q100.

The HFA1130 is a high speed wideband current feedback amplifier featuring programmable output limits. Built with Intersil’s proprietary complementary bipolar UHF-1 process, it is the fastest monolithic amplifier available from any semiconductor manufacturer. This amplifier is the ideal choice for high frequency applications requiring output limiting, especially those needing ultra fast overdrive recovery times. The output limiting function allows the designer to set the maximum positive and negative output levels, thereby protecting later stages from damage or input saturation. The sub-nanosecond overdrive recovery time quickly returns the amplifier to linear operation, following an overdrive condition. The HFA1130 offers significant performance improvements over the CLC500/501/502.

EL7564 is a monolithic, full-featured synchronous step-down regulator with output voltage adjustable from 1.0V to 3.8V. It is capable of delivering 4A continuous current at up to 95% efficiency. The EL7564 operates at a constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) mode, making external synchronization possible. Patented on-chip resistorless current sensing enables current mode control, which provides cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over-current protection, and excellent step load response. The EL7564 features power tracking, which makes the start-up sequencing of multiple converters possible. A junction temperature indicator conveniently monitors the silicon die temperature, saving the designer time on the tedious thermal characterization. The minimal external components and full functionality make this EL7564 ideal for desktop and portable applications. The EL7564 is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

ICL32XXE devices are 3.0V to 5.5V powered RS-232 transmitters/receivers which meet ElA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 specifications, even at VCC = 3.0V.
