This document describes the features and characteristics of the Zero-Drift, Single-Supply, Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Operational Amplifier AD8628/AD8629/AD8630, including lowest auto-zero amplifier noise, low offset voltage, input offset drift, rail-to-rail input and output swing, 5V single-supply operation, high gain, CMRR, and PSRR, very low input bias current, low supply current, and short overload recovery time.

The AD8615/AD8616/AD8618 are single/dual/quad, rail-to-rail, input and output, single-supply amplifiers featuring very low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, and low input voltage and current noise.

The AD8000 is an ultrahigh speed, high performance, current feedback amplifier from Analog Devices. It uses ADI's proprietary eXtra Fast Com- plementa mixed technology, and has a maximum slew rate of up to 4100 V/µs in the 1.5 GHz frequency range and an input voltage noise of 1.6 nV/√Hz.

The AD8397 is a dual operational amplifier from Analog Devices. It has a wide supply range (3V to 24V), high linear output current (310mA peak), low noise (4.5nV /√Hz voltage noise density@100kHz) and high speed (69MHz bandwidth (G = 1, -3dB)). It is suitable for twisted pair line drivers, audio applications and general purpose high current amplifiers.

This document describes the high-speed, rail-to-rail output amplifiers ADA4850-1/ADA4850-2 with ultralow power-down. The product features include ultralow power-down current, low quiescent current, high speed performance, excellent video specifications, and single-supply operation.

The AD8655/AD8656 is a low noise, high precision CMOS amplifier with 2.7 nV/√Hz noise, 250 μV offset voltage, 0.4 μV/°C offset voltage drift, 28 MHz bandwidth, 2.7 V to 5.5 V operating voltage range, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.

ADA4862-3 is a high-performance, low-cost, high-speed, internally fixed gain of +2 triple op amp, mainly used in consumer video and professional video applications.

The AD8074/AD8075 are high-speed triple video buffers with G=+1 and +2 gain respectively. They have a -3 dB full signal bandwidth of 600 MHz (200 mV p-p) and 500 MHz (2 V p-p), 1600 V/µs slew rate, 4 ns fast settling time and <30 mA low supply current. They also feature excellent video specifications (RL = 150 Ω): 0.1 dB to 50 MHz gain flatness, 0.01% differential gain error and 0.01° differential phase error. “All hostile” crosstalk is -80 dB@10 MHz and -50 dB@100 MHz. They have high “OFF” isolation (90 dB@10 MHz) and a low cost fast output disable feature.

AD8021 is a low noise, high speed amplifier for 16-bit systems. It features low noise, high speed, low power, and low distortion, making it suitable for applications such as ADC preamps and drivers, instrumentation preamps, active filters, portable instrumentation, line receivers, precision instruments, ultrasound signal processing, and high gain circuits.

AD8610/AD8620 are low noise, low input bias current, wide bandwidth JFET operational amplifiers.

AD8565/AD8566/AD8567 are low cost, single-supply, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifiers optimized for LCD monitor applications. They are built on an advanced high voltage CBCMOS process. The AD8565 contains a single amplifier, the AD8566 has two amplifiers, and the AD8567 has four amplifiers. These LCD op amps have high slew rates, 35 mA continuous output drive, low bias voltage and 10 mV output offset voltage, enabling high accuracy and low noise LCD driver applications.

AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 are high precision, low noise, low input bias current, wide bandwidth JFET operational amplifiers. They feature fast settling time, low offset voltage, low temperature coefficient of offset voltage, low input bias current, dual-supply operation, low noise, low distortion, etc. They can be used in instrumentation, multipole filters, precision current measurement, photodiode amplifiers, sensors, audio, and other fields.

AD8038/AD8039 is a low power 350MHz voltage feedback amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 1.0mA/amplifier typical (1.5mA max). It also features a wide supply range (3V to 12V) and is widely used in battery-powered instrumentation, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting, buffering, high density PC boards and photomultipliers.

AD8605/AD8606/AD8608 are low noise, CMOS, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. They feature low offset voltage, low input bias currents, low noise, wide bandwidth, high open-loop gain, etc. They are suitable for applications such as photodiode amplification, battery-powered instrumentation, multipole filters, sensors, barcode scanners, audio, etc.
