AD8369 is a digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (VGA) from Analog Devices, with a gain range of -5 dB to +40 dB. It can be controlled via a 4-bit parallel or 3-wire serial interface.

The AD8351 is a low cost differential amplifier useful in RF and IF applications up to 2.2 GHz. The voltage gain is programmable over a range of 0 dB to 26 dB using a single resistor. The differential interface has a low noise input stage of 2.7 nV/√Hz, –79 dBc second order harmonic distortion, –81 dBc third order harmonic distortion and a 31 dBm OIP3. The AD8375 is a digitally controlled, variable gain, wide bandwidth amplifier that provides precise gain control, high IP3, and low noise figure. The excellent distortion and linearity performance enable the AD8375 to provide low noise and high gain over a 630 MHz bandwidth. The AD8375 is ideal for use in differential ADC drivers, high IF sampling receivers, wideband multichannel receivers, and instrumentation applications.
