The LM393/LM339/LM2903/LM2901 series of comparators are integrated circuits launched by Rohm, which feature high gain, low power consumption, and a wide voltage range. This series of products has commercial and industrial grades. The temperature range of commercial grade is 0℃ to 70℃. The temperature range of industrial grade is -40℃ to 125℃. The output stage of this series of products adopts open collector output, which can be compatible with single/dual power supply. The supply current is 0.4 mA (LM2903/393 series) and 1.1 mA (LM2901/339 series). The input bias current is 25 nA. The input offset current is 5 nA. The input voltage range includes ground. The differential input voltage can be applied to the absolute maximum rating ±36 V. The output voltage is TTL, MOS and CMOS compatible output.

BU4066BC series is a four-channel single-pole double-throw switch that can control digital or analog signals. BU4051BC/BU4052BC/BU4053BC/BU4551B series are analog selectable composite multiplexers/demultiplexers. BU4051BC series is configured with 8 channels, BU4052BC series is configured with two 4 channels, BU4053BC series is configured with three 2 channels, BU4551B series is configured with four 2 channels, and switches applicable for each channel are turned on according to digital signals of control terminal. Even if the logic amplitude (VDD-VSS) of the control signal is small, signals of large amplitude (VDD-VEE) can be switched.

The BU1851GUW key encoder IC is an 8x8 keyboard encoder IC that supports 64 keys and is compatible with QWERTY keyboards. It adopts the architecture that the information of the only key whose status is changed, such as push or release, is encoded into the 8 bits data.
