This series of products has commercial and industrial grades. The temperature range of commercial grade is 0℃ to 70℃. The temperature range of industrial grade is -40℃ to 125℃. The output stage of this series of products adopts open collector output, which can be compatible with single/dual power supply. The supply current is 0.4 mA (LM2903/393 series) and 1.1 mA (LM2901/339 series). The input bias current is 25 nA. The input offset current is 5 nA. The input voltage range includes ground. The differential input voltage can be applied to the absolute maximum rating ±36 V. The output voltage is TTL, MOS and CMOS compatible output.
