BD8312HFN is a high-efficiency step-down switching regulator with built-in power MOSFET from ROHM Co., Ltd. It supports output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V, with a maximum output current of 1.5A. The device operates at 1.5MHz, and its external inductor and capacitor can be downsized. It also features a built-in synchronous rectifier switch with a 15V rating, as well as a flexible phase compensation system.
