SA1117 is a low dropout three-terminal linear regulator with a drop of 1.2V under 1A output current. SA1117 is divided into two versions, a fixed voltage output version and an adjustable voltage output version. The fixed output voltages are 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V, and the voltage accuracy of the adjustable version is 1%; the output voltage accuracy of the fixed voltage of 1.2V is 2%. SA1117 integrates over-temperature protection and current limiting circuits, and is suitable for various electronic products.
