The L6374 is an industrial quad line driver with four independent line drivers. It has outputs with a current of 100mA to 35V and input signals between -7V and +35V. It also features presettable threshold, push-pull outputs with three-state control, and true zero current between VS and ground. Each output has current limiting and is effective in the full 'ground to VS' output voltage range. The output voltage is clamped to VS and to ground. The L6374 also provides overtemperature and undervoltage protections, as well as diagnostics for overtemperature, undervoltage, and overcurrent. It has a presettable delay for the overcurrent diagnostic. The L6374 operates at high speed, up to 300kHz with a swing of 35V.
