This document introduces Varian's Pursuit XRs Prep HPLC Prep column, which features an ultrapure silica substrate for maximum sample loading in preparative applications. These columns offer superior separation performance, extended column life, and excellent reproducibility. They are available in conventional, pre-filled, and preparative columns as well as bulk for Varian's Load & Lock auto-fill format, and will increase productivity in pharmaceutical and fine-chemical analytical laboratories by increasing the amount of material purified per run.
