The OpenLAB ECM Administrative Dashboard provides system administrators with detailed information on system status, configuration, and historical activity logs to ensure peak performance of the system. With this product, system administrators can detect problems before they affect end users and troubleshoot and correct issues more quickly. The main dashboard screen provides an easy-to-read summary of system and server status, as well as activity logs for tasks and file processing. Clicking on any summary item generates a detailed report. This product helps manage OpenLAB ECM more effectively, increase system availability and uptime, monitor system bottlenecks, and reduce troubleshooting efforts. Reports can be customized and expanded with PSO Services.
