COP87L88EG�COP87L84EG 8-bit microcontrollers are members of the COP8TM family using an 8-bit core architecture� It is pin and software compatible to the mask ROM COP888EG�COP884EG product family� The main features of the products include: full duplex UART, two analog comparators, three 16-bit timers, 8KB on-board EPROM, 256 bytes on-board RAM, idle timer, multi-input wake up (MIWU), watchdog, clock monitor logic, MICROWIRE�PLUS serial I�O, memory mapped I�O, software selectable I�O options (TRI-STATE� output� push-pull output� weak pull-up input� high impedance in- put), Schmitt trigger inputs on ports G and L.
