Agilent High-Speed Separation of Parabens Manual

This document describes a high-speed HPLC method for separating parabens. The method uses a ZORBAX StableBond SB-C18 column and 0.1% H3PO4:ACN as the mobile phase. The run conditions are 2 mL/min flow rate, 1 µL injection volume, and 60℃ column temperature. The method can separate parabens in less than one minute.
