This document introduces the features of ADP2105/ADP2106/ADP2107, including up to 97% conversion efficiency, 20μA quiescent current, 1.2MHz switching frequency, 0.1μA shutdown current, 1A, 1.5A and 2A maximum load current, 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage, 0.8V to VIN output voltage, 100% maximum duty cycle, smooth transition to low dropout (LDO) mode, internal synchronous rectifier, small 16-lead 4mm×4mmLFCSP_VQ package, optimized for small ceramic output capacitors, enable/shutdown logic input, undervoltage lockout and soft start.
