National Semiconductor LM3310 handbook

LM3310 is a step-up DC/DC converter integrated with an Operational Amplifier and a gate pulse modulation switch from National Semiconductor. It features a low RDSON internal switch for maximum efficiency, adjustable output voltage, operating frequency between 660kHz and 1.28MHz, and soft-start function. It is suitable for TFT bias supplies and portable applications.
