FAIRCHILD FPF2000-FPF2007 IntelliMAX Advanced Load Management Products handbook

The FPF2000-FPF2007 products are a family of load switches produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. The features of the product include a 1.8-5.5V input voltage range, controlled turn-on, 50mA and 100mA current limit options, undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, less than 1uA shutdown current, auto restart, fast current limit response time (3us to moderate overcurrent, 20ns to hard shorts) and fault blanking.
