The document describes a single-chip solution that directly measures eight low-level currents. The solution features high precision true integrating function with integral linearity of ±0.01% of Reading ±0.5ppm of FSR, very low noise of 5.2ppm of FSR, low power consumption of 13.5mW/channel, adjustable data rate up to 3.125kSPS, and programmable full scale. It is suitable for applications such as CT scanners DAS, photodiode sensors, infrared pyrometers, liquid/gas chromatography.
