ROHM BD6150MUV handbook

BD6150MUV is a white LED driver IC with a PWM step-up DC/DC converter that can boost up to 40V and a current driver that can drive up to 30mA. The wide and precise brightness can be controlled by an external PWM pulse. BD6150MUV has very accurate current drivers, and it has few current errors between each strings, helping to reduce brightness spots on the LCD. The small package type is suited for space-saving.
