The THS412x is a high-performance fully differential I/O amplifier with 100 MHz, -3 dB bandwidth, 50 V/µs slew rate, 75 dB total harmonic distortion (VO = 2 VPP) and 5.4 nV/√Hz input-referred noise (10 kHz). The amplifier is fabricated using Texas Instruments' state-of-the-art submicron CMOS process and is a 1-channel differential input/differential output device.
