The AD8339 is a DC to 50MHz quad integrated I/Q demodulator and phase shifter with 16 phase select on each output (22.5° per step) and quadrature demodulation accuracy of phase accuracy: ±1° amplitude imbalance: ±0.05 dB. It is suitable for applications such as medical imaging (CW ultrasound beamforming), phased array systems, radar, adaptive antennas and communication receivers.
