SN54HC574 and SN74HC574 are octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with 3-state outputs. They are suitable for implementing buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. They feature high-current 3-state noninverting outputs that can drive bus lines directly or up to 15 LSTTL loads. They have a bus-structured pinout and are available in various package options.
