HIOKI 3522-50/3532-50/3535 LCR Tester Manual

The 3522-50/3532-50/3535 LCR tester is a wide-band, frequency-tunable LCR tester with a test speed of 5ms. It can provide a test condition that is closer to the working condition of the element. The 3535 has a wide frequency range of 100kHz to 120MHz and a low price. It has a built-in comparator and load compensation with 6ms high-speed measurement, BIN (classification) measurement function, and a wide range of applications, such as chip mutual inductance, high-speed head testing, and other related R&D needs.
