YP6802 300mA Low Differential pressure LDO Manual

The YP6802 series is a low voltage difference, high precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage type voltage regulator developed using CMOS technology. Features include an output voltage range of 1.2 to 5.0V, an output voltage accuracy of +/-2.0%, an input-output voltage difference of 160mV, a consumption current of 8.0uA, and an output current of up to 300mA.
