P89C51/89C52/89C54/89C58 has a parallel programmable non-volatile FLASH program storage device. This series of single-chip microcomputers is a derivative of the 80C51 microcontroller. It is a 8-bit microcontroller manufactured with advanced CMOS technology. Its instruction system is completely the same as 80C51. It has 4K storage, 8-bit I/O ports, 4 priority interrupts, 6 interrupt sources, full-duplex enhanced UART, power control mode, clock stop and resume, idle mode, power-down mode, programmable clock output, asynchronous port reset, dual DPTR register, low EMI, power-down mode can be awakened by external interrupt.
