STi5107 is a low-cost interactive set-top box decoder from STMicroelectronics, with the following features:

STi7200 is a triple display, HDTV set-top box, dual decoder for H.264 and VC-1

STi7109 is a single-chip high-definition video decoder that supports Microsoft VC-1, WMA9, and H.264. It is compatible with Linux, Windows CE, and OS21 operating systems. It features a 266 MHz ST40 CPU core, supports transport filtering and descrambling, video decoding, SVP compliance, Windows DRM support, graphics engine, dual display, audio decoding, DVD data retrieval and decryption, and more. Additionally, STi7109 includes embedded interfaces such as USB 2.0 host controller/PHY interface, DVI/HDMI output, digital audio and video auxiliary inputs, low-cost modem, 100BT ethernet controller, and more.

The STV0288 is STMicroelectronics' latest DVB and DIRECTVTM QPSK digital receiver, which adds blind scan capability and DiSEqC 2.0 to the industry-leading STV0299 and provides a cost reduction path or new products.

STe5588 is a highly integrated audio and video decoder for automotive DVD and DVB applications with DVD audio support. It offers a reliable, cost-effective solution with rapid time-to-market.

The STMicroelectronics STB0899 is a multi-standard advanced demodulator for DVB-S2 satellite receivers, which can convert DVB-S2 baseband signals into digital video transport stream data.

The STi7100 is a low-cost HDTV set-top box decoder for H.264/AVC and MPEG-2. It is a single-chip, high-definition STB decoder including: ST40 CPU core (266 MHz), dual ST231 CPU cores for audio and video decoding (both 400 MHz), transport filtering and descrambling, video decoder (H.264/AVC and MPEG-2), graphics engine and dual display (high-definition (HD) and standard definition (SD)), audio decoder. The STi7100 also features the following embedded interfaces: USB 2.0, DVI/HDMI output, digital audio and video auxiliary input, modem and serial ATA.

STB6100 is a direct conversion (zero IF) tuner IC for DVB-S2 broadcast satellite applications. It features direct conversion, wide input range, adjustable low pass filter bandwidth, low power consumption, 2-wire I²C serial interface, etc.

STMicroelectronics has developed two devices for low cost cable, satellite and terrestrial STBs. The STi5516 and STi5517 integrate more core STB functions into a single device than ever before, offering STB manufacturers the opportunity to build cost-effective solutions powered by devices from the leading supplier of MPEG-2 ICs. Used with ST’s established demodulator devices, the STi5516 and STi5517 form a complete chipset for low-cost STBs across all application areas. The STi5517 contains additional advanced features: it supports RGB16 graphics (with anti- flicker filtering) as an alternative image format for the OSD plane. With an integrated high- performance DMA engine, it is ideal for applications requiring high-resolution graphics. The STi5517 has built-in D1 and PCM input interfaces to allow the IC to be used in applications requiring legacy analog support. A common programme guide can then be used for both digital and analog services. The STi5517 has enhanced security features to help protect the integrity of set-top boxes against piracy.

The STi7710 is STMicroelectronics' first single chip set-top box decoder for high definition applications, and meets the requirements of all services in the United States, Japan, Australia, as well as the emerging European market. By combining all the features of an HD decoder onto a single device, ST has ensured the lowest possible costs for set-top box manufacturers. In addition to including ST's enhanced security features, the STi7710 supports the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) and High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) standards. These features ensure the STi7710 effectively meets the security requirements of content providers and operators. The STi7710 embeds a wide range of peripherals, including a high-speed USB host interface, and provides connectivity options, including the ability to provide DVR capability.

SaTCR-1 is a satellite signal receiver chip released by STMicroelectronics. It has a wide input and output frequency range (950 MHz to 2150 MHz), four programmable conversion gains and fully integrated functions.

The STi5100 is a low-cost interactive set-top box decoder from ST company. It has ST20 32-bit VL-RISC CPU, 243 MHz frequency, 8Kbyte ICache, 8Kbyte DCache, 4Kbyte SRAM, supports DVB and DIRECTV, integrates DES-ECB, DVB and ICAM descramblers, supports NDS RASP as well as low cost DVB-CI and Cable Card, supports MPEG-2 MP@ML video decoder, has smooth fast forward and rewind functions, and supports audio.

STi5514 is an integrated circuit from STMicroelectronics that integrates a 32-bit CPU, an MPEG-2 decoder and many of the peripheral functions required by today’s powerful STBs. It can also simultaneously demultiplex three transport streams and manage multiple descrambling modes and conditional access standards.
