This document is about Wisconsin Works Manual Release 06-01, published on February 15, 2006. It updates section numbering and titles as needed, and adds some new sub-section numbers with titles. Chapter 8 is reorganized and reissued. 8.2.0 is a new policy that adds information on educational needs assessment. It obsoletes Operations Memo 03-77. 8.3.0 provides guidance to agencies on enhancing education and training opportunities for W-2 participants through existing program policies. It obsoletes Operations Memo 02-15. 8.3.2.2 is a new policy that updates aggregated education and training hours policy. It obsoletes Operations Memo 02-15.
