  • MOTOROLA LF441C LF442C LF444C DATA SHEET

This document describes the technical data of low power JFET input operational amplifiers, including features such as high input impedance, low input bias current, and low input offset current. The product features higher slew rates, gain bandwidth products, and output swing. The LF441C model allows for external null adjustment of input offset voltage. These devices are specified for commercial temperature range and are available in plastic dual in–line and SOIC packages.

  • MOTOROLA MMDF1N05E Data Sheet

Introduces the characteristics of Motorola TMOS power MOSFET, including RDS(on), logic level, energy, applications, etc

  • MOTOROLA MC88915TFN55/70/100/133/160 Data Sheet

The MC88915T Clock Driver utilizes phase-locked loop technology to lock its low skew outputs’ frequency and phase onto an input reference clock. It is designed to provide clock distribution for high-performance PCs and workstations. The PLL allows the high current, low skew outputs to lock onto a single clock input and distribute it with essentially zero delay to multiple components on a board. The PLL also allows the MC88915T to multiply a low-frequency input clock and distribute it locally at a higher (2X) system frequency. Multiple 88915s can lock onto a single reference clock, which is ideal for applications when a central system clock must be distributed synchronously to multiple boards.

  • MOTOROLA MC74AC521 MC74ACT521 Data Sheet

The MC74AC521/74ACT521 is an expandable 8-bit comparator. It compares two words of up to eight bits each and provides a LOW output when the two words match bit for bit. The expansion input IA=B also serves as an active LOW enable input.

  • MOTOROLA Semiconductor MC68488 TECHNICAL DATA

    查询MC68A488L供应商

  • MOTOROLA MC68705R3 Data Sheet

  • MOTOROLA MC13281FY Data Sheet

  • MOTOROLA MC10H641 MC100H641 Data Sheet

The MC10H/100H641 is a single supply, low skew translating 1:9 clock driver. Devices in the Motorola H600 translator series utilize the 28-lead PLCC for optimal power pinning, signal flow through and electrical performance. The device features a 24mA TTL output stage, with AC performance specified into a 50pF load capacitance. A latch is provided on-chip. When LEN is LOW (or left open, in which case it is pulled LOW by the internal pulldown) the latch is transparent. A HIGH on the enable pin (EN) forces all outputs LOW. Both the LEN and EN pins are positive ECL inputs. The VBB output is provided in case the user wants to drive the device with a single-ended input. For single-ended use the VBB should be connected to the D input and bypassed with a 0.01µF capacitor. The 10H version of the H641 is compatible with positive MECL 10H logic levels. The 100H version is compatible with positive 100K levels.

  • MOTOROLA SN54/74LS365A SN54/74LS366A SN54/74LS367A SN54/74LS368A handbook

This document describes high-speed hex buffers with 3-state outputs. They can be organized as a single 6-bit or 2-bit/4-bit, with inverting or non-inverting data paths. The outputs can drive 15 TTL Unit Loads or 60 Low Power Schottky loads when the Enable is LOW. When the Output Enable is HIGH, the outputs are forced to a high impedance 'off' state. If the outputs of the 3-state devices are tied together, all but one device must be in the high impedance state to avoid high currents that would exceed the maximum ratings. Designers should ensure that Output Enable signals to 3-state devices whose outputs are tied together are designed so there is no overlap.

  • MOTOROLA MBRD320/330/340/350/360 DATA SHEET

B320-60 Rectifier Device Data is a rectifier diode produced by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and other inductive switching circuits. Its features are extremely fast switching, extremely low forward drop, platinum barrier with avalanche guardrings, and guaranteed reverse avalanche. The product's appearance is epoxy resin packaging, weighing about 0.4 grams, and has corrosion resistance. The soldering temperature can reach 260°C.

  • MOTOROLA BD777/776/778/780 DATA SHEET

The BD776/777/778 series is a high performance NPN type Bipolar power transistor with high DC current gain, low saturation voltage, low on resistance and good switching characteristics, suitable for general purpose amplifier and high-speed switching applications.
