M48Z58 M48Z58Y 5V, 64 Kbit (8 Kbit x8) ZEROPOWER® SRAM is an integrated, ultra low power SRAM, power-fail control circuit, and battery product. It has the characteristics of read cycle time equal to write cycle time, automatic power-fail chip deselection and write protection.

The VN02NSP/VN02NPT are monolithic devices made using SGS-THOMSON Vertical Intelligent Power Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. Built-in thermal shut-down protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The input control is 5V logic level compatible. The open drain diagnostic output indicates open circuit (no load) and over temperature status.

The L4970A is a 10A step-down monolithic power switching regulator that delivers 10A at a voltage that can vary from 5.1 to 40V. It has BCD mixed technology and uses a DMOS output transistor to achieve very high efficiency and very fast switching times. The L4970A has features such as reset and power fail for microprocessors, feed forward line regulation, soft start, limiting current and thermal protection. The device is mounted in a 15-lead multiwatt plastic power package and requires few external components. Its efficient operation at frequencies of up to 500KHz reduces the size and cost of external filter components.
