MAXIM MAX710/MAX711 Manual
The MAX710/MAX711 is a single-chip integrated step-up DC-DC converter with a linear regulator that provides step-up/down voltage conversion. They are optimized for battery applications where the input varies above and below the regulated output voltage. They have an input range from +1.8V to +11V. Typical efficiency when boosting battery inputs is 85%. The MAX710/MAX711 can be configured for minimum noise or optimum efficiency. Shutdown control turns off the part completely, disconnecting the input from the output (ISHDN = 0.2µA). Standby control turns off only the step-up converter and leaves the low-power linear regulator active (IQ = 7µA). The MAX710 has a preset 3.3V or 5V output voltage. The MAX711 has an adjustable output that can be set from +2.7V to +5.5V with two resistors. Both devices come in 16-pin narrow SO packages.
MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS Stand-Alone Switch-Mode Li+ Battery Charger with Internal 28V Switch Manual
The MAX1758 is a switch-mode lithium-ion (Li+) battery charger that charges one-to-four cells. It provides a regulated charging current accurate to ±10% and a regulated voltage with only a ±0.8% total voltage error at the battery terminals. The internal high-side switch delivers a programmable current of up to 1.5A to charge the battery. The built-in safety timer automatically terminates charging once the adjustable time limit has been reached. The MAX1758 regulates the voltage set point and charging current using two loops that work together to transition smoothly between voltage and current regulation. An additional control loop monitors the total current drawn from the input source (charging + system), and automatically reduces battery-charging current, preventing overload of the input supply and allowing the use of a low-cost wall adapter. The per-cell battery regulation voltage is set between 4.0V and 4.4V using standard 1% resistors. The number of cells is set from 1-to-4 by pin strapping. Battery temperature is monitored by an external thermistor to prevent charging outside the acceptable temperature range. The MAX1758 is available in a space-saving 28-pin SSOP package. Use the MAX1758EVKIT to help reduce design time. For a stand-alone charger with a 14V switch, refer to the MAX1757 data sheet. For a charger controller capable of up to 4A charging current, refer to the MAX1737 data sheet.

MAXIM DS2430A 256-Bit 1-Wire EEPROM Manual
The DS2430A is a 256-bit Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) plus a 64-bit one-time programmable application register. It has a unique, factory-lasered and tested 64-bit registration number (8-bit family code + 48-bit serial number + 8-bit CRC tester) for absolute identification as no two parts are alike. The DS2430A has a built-in multidrop controller for compatibility with other MicroLAN products. The EEPROM is organized as one page of 32 bytes for random access. It reduces control, address, data, and power to a single data pin. It can directly connect to a single port pin of a microprocessor and communicate at up to 16.3kbits per second. The 8-bit family code specifies DS2430A communication requirements to the reader. The presence detector acknowledges when the reader first applies voltage. The DS2430A is available in a low cost TO-92 or 6-pin TSOC and Flip Chip surface mount package. It can read and write over a wide voltage range of 2.8V to 6.0V from -40°C to +85°C.
MAXIM MAX823/MAX824/MAX825 handbook
The MAX823/MAX824/MAX825* microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits combine reset output, watchdog, and manual reset input functions in 5-pin SOT23 and SC70 packages. They significantly improve system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. The MAX823/MAX824/MAX825 are specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. Seven preprogrammed reset threshold voltages are available (see Reset Threshold Table). All three devices have an active-low reset output, which is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VCC down to 1V. The MAX823 also offers a watchdog input and manual reset input. The MAX824 offers a watchdog input and a complementary active-high reset. The MAX825 offers a manual reset input and a complementary active-high reset.
MAXIM MAX186/MAX188 Manual
The MAX186/MAX188 are 12-bit data acquisition systems that combine an 8-channel multiplexer, high-bandwidth track/hold, and serial interface together with high conversion speed and ultra-low power consumption.
MAXIM DS2405 Data Sheet
DS2405 is a 1-Wire addressable switch device from Maxim. It features a 64-bit registration number and a single data pin, and can communicate on a 1-Wire bus.
MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS - General Description The MAX1909/MAX8725 highly integrated control ICs simplify construction o
The MAX1909/MAX8725 are highly integrated control ICs that simplify the construction of accurate and efficient multi-chemistry battery chargers. The MAX1909/MAX8725 use analog inputs to control charge current and voltage, and can be programmed by a host microcontroller (µC) or hardwired. High efficiency is achieved through use of buck topology with synchronous rectification. The maximum current drawn from the AC adapter is programmable to avoid overloading the AC adapter when supplying the load and the battery charger simultaneously. The MAX1909/MAX8725 provide a digital output that indicates the presence of an AC adapter, and an analog output that monitors the current drawn from the AC adapter. Based on the presence or absence of the AC adapter, the MAX1909/MAX8725 automatically select the appropriate source for supplying power to the system by controlling two external p-channel MOSFETs. Under system control, the MAX1909/MAX8725 allow the battery to undergo a relearning or conditioning cycle in which the battery is completely discharged through the system load and then recharged. The MAX1909 includes a conditioning charge feature while the MAX8725 does not. The MAX1909/MAX8725 are available in space-saving 28-pin, 5mm × 5mm thin QFN packages and operate over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The MAX1909/MAX8725 are now available in lead-free packages.

MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS MAX1144/MAX1145 Manual
MAX1144/MAX1145 are 150ksps, 14-bit ADCs. These serially interfaced ADCs connect directly to SPI™, QSPI™, and MICROWIRE™ devices without external logic. They combine an input scaling network, internal track/hold, clock, and three general-purpose digital output pins (for external multiplexer or PGA con- trol) in a 20-pin SSOP package. The excellent dynamic performance (THD ≥ 90dB), high speed (150ksps in bipolar mode), and low power (8.0mA) of these ADCs make them ideal for applications such as industrial process control, instrumentation, and medical applica- tions. The MAX1144 accepts input signals of 0 to +6V (unipo- lar) or ±6V (bipolar), while the MAX1145 accepts input signals of 0 to +2.048V (unipolar) or ±2.048V (bipolar). Operating from a single 3.135V to 3.465V analog digital supply, powerdown modes reduce current consump- tion to 0.15mA at 10ksps and further reduce supply current to less than 20µA slower data rates. A serial strobe output (SSTRB) allows direct connection to the TMS320 family digital-signal processors. The MAX1144/MAX1145 user can select either the internal clock or an external serial-interface clock for the ADC to perform analog-to-digital conversions. The MAX1144/MAX1145 feature internal calibration cir- cuitry to correct linearity and offset errors. On-demand calibration allows the user to optimize performance. Three user-programmable logic outputs are provided for the control of an 8-channel mux or PGA. The MAX1144/MAX1145 a
