The TC520A serial interface adapter provides logic control for Microchip's TC500/TC500A/TC510/TC514 family of dual slope, integrating A/D converters. It directly manages TC500 converter phase control signals A, B and CMPTR, thereby reducing host processor task loading and software complexity. Communication with the TC520A is accomplished over a 3 wire serial port. Key converter operating parameters are programmable for complete user flexibility. Data conversion is initiated when the CE input is brought low. The converted data (plus overrange and polarity bits) are held in an 18-bit shift register until read by the processor or until the next conversion is completed. Data may be clocked out of the TC520A at any time, and at any rate, the user prefers. A Data Valid (DV) output is driven active at the start of each conversion cycle, indicating the 18-bit shift register update has just been completed. This signal may be polled by the processor or can be used as...
TC4420 TC4429 is a high-speed 6A MOSFET driver with high peak output current, wide operating range, high output impedance, short delay time, low input current and low output voltage swing. It can be used in switch-mode power supplies, motor controls, pulse transformer drivers and class D switching amplifiers.

The TC4403 is a modified version of the TC4425 driver, intended to drive floating or isolated loads requiring high-current pulses. It features low quiescent current, high peak current capability, and fast output rise time.
The TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 are cost-effective system supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components are required. The reset output is driven active within 20 µsec of VCC falling through the reset voltage threshold. RESET is maintained active for a minimum of 100 msec after VCC rises above the reset threshold. The TC1274 has an active-high RESET output, while the TC1272 and TC1273 have an active-low RESET output. The TC1272 and TC1274 each have a complimentary out- put, while the TC1273 has an open-drain output. The output of the TC1272 and TC1273 is valid down to VCC = 1.2V. The TC1274 is valid down to VCC = 1.8V. All three devices are available in a 3-Pin SOT-23B package. The TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 devices are optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line.
