This document describes the features and characteristics of the 3-axis ultralow power digital accelerometer ADXL346, including ultralow power consumption, selectable resolution, embedded memory management system, and various detection functions.

The ADXL320 is a small and thin ±5 g iMEMS accelerometer. It features a 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.45 mm LFCSP package, 2 mg resolution at 60 Hz, and operates in a wide supply voltage range of 2.4 V to 5.25 V. It has low power consumption, good zero g bias stability, and sensitivity accuracy, making it suitable for cost-sensitive motion and tilt-sensing applications.

The ADXL321 is a small and thin, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. It features wide supply voltage range, low power consumption, and good zero g bias stability.

The ADXL103/ADXL203 is a high precision, low power, single/dual-axis accelerometer with high sensitivity and stability. It is suitable for applications such as vehicle dynamic control, electronic stability programs, and platform stabilization.

The ADXL213 is a low cost, low power, complete dual axis accelerometer with signal conditioned, duty cycle modulated outputs, all on a single monolithic IC. The ADXL213 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.2 g (typical).

The ADIS16006 is a low cost, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with an integrated serial peripheral interface (SPI). An integrated temperature sensor is also available on the SPI interface. The ADIS16006 measures acceleration with a full range voltage bias voltage and bandwidth, providing high accuracy for single-axis and dual-axis acceleration measurements.

The ADIS16240 is a low-power, programmable impact sensor and recorder.

The ADXRS610 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that uses the Analog Devices, Inc. surface-micromachining process to create a functionally complete and low-cost angular rate sensor integrated with all required electronics on one chip. It features high vibration rejection, high temperature operation, and self-test capability.

The ADXRS613 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that uses the Analog Devices, Inc. surface-micromachining process to create a functionally complete and low cost angular rate sensor integrated with all required electronics on one chip. This device uses the same high volume BiMOS process used for high reliability automotive applications.

ADXRS614 is a digital ±50°/s Z-axis self-test rate gyroscope from AD company. It uses surface micromachining technology, which makes it compact and low power consumption. It has a wide working temperature range and good shock resistance.

ADXRS622 is a gyroscope manufactured by ADI company. It has high reliability, small size, low power consumption and other features. It can be used in vehicle chassis rollover detection, inertial measurement units, platform stabilization and other application scenarios.

ADIS16060 is a wide bandwidth yaw rate gyroscope for platform stabilization, image stabilization, guidance and control, inertial measurement units, and robotics.

The ADIS16130 is a low noise, digital output angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that provides an output response over the complete dynamic range of ±250o/sec. Its industry-standard serial interface and register structure provide a simple interface. The sensor features adjustable bandwidth, high vibration rejection, and high shock survivability, making it suitable for applications such as navigation, guidance and control, instrumentation, inertial measurement units (IMU), and platform stabilization.

TMP17 is a monolithic integrated circuit temperature transducer that provides an output current proportional to absolute temperature. For a wide range of supply voltages, the transducer acts as a high impedance temperature dependent current source of 1 µA/K. Improved design and laser wafer trimming of the IC's thin-film resistors allow the TMP17 to achieve absolute accuracy levels and nonlinearity.

AD22103 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range 0°C to +100°C, making it ideal for use in numerous 3.3 V applications. The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization.
