The AD7887 is a high speed, low power, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply. It offers flexible power/throughput rate management and a shutdown mode with a current consumption of only 1 μA.

This document describes the Analog Devices AD7729, a dual Sigma-Delta ADC with an auxiliary DAC. The AD7729 is a low power, two-channel, input port with signal conditioning features. It features 15-bit Sigma-Delta A/D converters, 64 dB SNR output, programmable filters, and built-in calibration.

To minimize system cost and power dissipation, the AD9057 includes an internal 2.5 V reference and a track-and-hold (T/H) circuit. The user must provide only a 5 V power supply and an encode clock. No external reference or driver components are required for many applications. The AD9057’s encode input is TTL/CMOS compatible, and the 8-bit digital outputs can be operated from 5 V or 3 V supplies.

The AD10242 is a matched ADC with selectable bipolar input voltage range and input signal conditioning. It has full MIL-STD-883B compliance and 80 dB spurious-free dynamic range. It is suitable for radar processing, communications receivers, FLIR processing, secure communications, and any I/Q signal processing application.

The AD9243 is a complete 14-bit, 3 MSPS monolithic A/D converter that consumes only 110 mW of power from a single +5 V supply. It offers a 2.5 LSB integral nonlinearity error, a 0.6 LSB differential nonlinearity error, and a 0.36 LSB input referred noise. The AD9243 also integrates a sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference, and provides a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio of 79.0 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range of 91.0 dB. The AD9243 is available in a 44-lead MQFP package.

The AD7862 is a high speed, low power, dual 12-bit A/D converter that operates from a single +5 V supply. The part contains two 12-bit ADCs with four input channels. It supports simultaneous sampling and conversion with a throughput time of 4 µs.

AD7851 is a high-precision 14-bit ADC with a single 5 V power supply, providing a 333kSPS throughput rate, self-calibration and system calibration, and a 24-lead PDIP, SOIC and SSOP package.

The AD7722 is a complete low power, 16-bit, Σ-∆ ADC from Analog Devices. It operates from a 5 V supply and accepts a differential input voltage range of 0 V to +2.5 V or ±1.25 V centered around a common-mode bias. The AD7722 provides 16-bit performance for input bandwidths up to 90.625 kHz.

The AD976/AD976A is a high-speed, low-power 16-bit ADC that operates from a single 5 V supply. It contains a successive approximation, switched capacitor ADC, an internal 2.5 V reference and a high speed parallel interface. The ADC is factory calibrated to minimize all linearity errors. The analog full-scale input is the standard Vin=5V. The AD976/AD976A has a conversion time tCONV≈20μs, which corresponds to a sample rate of 100 kSPS. The AD976A has a conversion time tCONV≈10μs, which corresponds to a sample rate of 200 kSPS.

AD9241 is a 14-bit, 1.25 MSPS monolithic A/D converter with low power consumption, single +5V supply, less than 2.5 LSB integral nonlinearity error and less than 0.6 LSB differential nonlinearity error.

The AD9240 is a single-chip 14-bit, 10 MSPS analog-to-digital converter with features such as low power consumption and single supply.

AD9200 is a monolithic, single supply, 10-bit, 20 MSPS analog-to-digital converter with an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference.
