ADM660/ADM8660 are low power CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converters that can invert or double input supply voltage.

This product is a switched-capacitor voltage inverter which may be used to generate a negative supply from a positive input. Input voltages ranging from +1.5 V to +5.5 V can be inverted into a negative –1.5 V to –5.5 V output supply.

The ADP3605 is a 120 mA switched capacitor voltage inverter with regulated output. It features a regulated output voltage range of -3V to 6V, output current up to 120 mA, output accuracy of ±3%, switching frequency of 250kHz, and a typical operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
