Zxct1009 is a high side current sense monitor. Using this device eliminates the need to disrupt the ground plane when sensing a load current. The ZXGD3004E6 is a high-speed non-inverting single MOSFET gate driver capable of driving up to 8A into a MOSFET or IGBT gate capacitive load from supply voltages up to 40V. The ZXGD3004E6 is inherently rugged to latch-up and shoot-through, and its wide supply voltage range allows full enhancement to minimize on-losses of the power MOSFET or IGBT. Its low input voltage requirement and high current gain allows high current driving from low voltage controller ICs, and the optimized pin-out SOT23-6 package with separate source and sink pins eases board layout, enabling reduced parasitic inductance and independent control of rise and fall slew rates.

The ZXSC310 is a single or multi cell LED driver designed for LCD backlighting applications. The input voltage range of the device is between 0.8 V and 8 V. This means the ZXSC310 is compatible with single NiMH, NiCd or Alkaline cells, as well as multi-cell or LiIon batteries. The device features a shutdown control, resulting in a standby current less than 5µA, and an output capable of driving serial or parallel LED’s. The ZXLD1101 is a PFM inductive boost converter designed for driving 2, 3 or 4 series connected white LEDs from a Li-Ion cell and up to 8 LEDs from a 5V supply. The device operates from an input supply of between 2.5V and 5.5V and provides an adjustable output current of up to 50mA. The ZXLD1101 includes the output switch and peak current sense resistor, and can operate with a maximum output voltage of 28V. Quiescent current is typically 60μA and a shutdown function is provided to reduce this current to less than 500nA in the 'off' state.
