The SYBR® Green Realtime PCR Master Mix -Plus‑ (Code No.QPK‑212) is a 2× master mix for real‑time quantitative PCR, containing SYBR Green I, dNTPs, MgCl₂, Taq DNA polymerase, anti‑Taq monoclonal antibody and a passive ROX reference dye.
